Returns Policy

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel an order you have placed with us, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order due to most of our products being personalised in some way. We always aim to start working on your order promptly after purchase so please contact us ASAP.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Personalised, custom, bespoke or sale items are non-refundable and non returnable unless they are faulty. If they are faulty you will need to email us within 48 hours of receipt. 

Additional non-returnable items:

* Gift cards

* Digital Products, such as logo design, flyer design, etc.

All other standard design, full price items that have had no changes made, can be returned within 14 days of receipt as long as they are unused, in a saleable condition with no damage and complete with original packaging for a refund (see the refunds section of this policy)

For any returns you must contact us by email at hello@inspiredbyustationery.com as soon as possible to request a return. Please include the reason for your request and a copy of your proof of purchase (e.g. your order confirmation email)

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs incurred for returning your item and are these are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service such as Royal Mail Tracked 24/48. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for any items that are not received by us.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time (typically 5-7 working days) before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@inspiredbyustationery.com.

If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted with the remaining balance refunded to you.


EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@inspiredbyustationery.com and please send us as much information as possible along with any photos or videos of the damage.

Please note that all our products are made to order so your exchange will be subject to our standard turnaround times. 

We will advise you on where to return your item to upon receipt of your email and approval of the exchange.
