Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within 8-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you confirm the proof of your order. Proofs of orders are sent 24-48 hours after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We always aim to be ahead of schedule and ship your order as quickly as possible, so you may find that you receive your order sooner than anticipated.

If there should be any extension to our standard turnaround times due to a high volume of orders or circumstances out of our control, we will update the announcement bar at the top of our website to advise. Please note that any postal delays are beyond our control however we will communicate with you as soon as we become aware of any delays.

SHIPPING RATES

All orders are sent either Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 business days) or Royal Mail Tracked 48 (3-4 business days) and shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout dependent on the weight of your order. From time to time we may offer free shipping for orders over a certain value.

LOCAL DELIVERY

We currently do not offer free local delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not currently offer international shipping outside of the United Kingdom.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@inspiredbyustationery.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

MISSING ITEMS

We always endeavour to pack your orders accurately and in full, however if you should notice that an item is missing from your parcel, you MUST contact us within 24 hours to advise us of the shortfall so we can investigate.
